How does FINN OrderNow work?

No need to pre-register or download an app

1 ) Customer simply holds his phone at the NFC & QR sticker on the table. The food & drinks menu will pop-up.
2 ) Customer selects the food and drinks he wants to order. He or she confirms via an AutoPay-payment (iDEAL).
3 ) And that’s it! The order is in the bar or kitchen now. Only a few moments later a smiling waiter will bring food & drinks to the table.
4 ) Any additional order will be paid automatically! This means returning customers will be recognized in the future. So, you ask your client to make a payment only once. By removing the payment barrier, ordering will be completely seamless. A great additional service!

When a customer places an order, how is this received in the kitchen and bar area ?

The customer order is automatically sent by email to the email address of the bar- or restaurant owner (to be specified when setting up your account).

How does the customer pay for his food or drinks ?

A new customer pays the first time via an iDEAL payment. Any consecutive payment is also via iDEAL.
